By accessing and using NETVAULT (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NETVAULT.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use NETVAULT. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. NETVAULT reserves the right to request verification of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify NETVAULT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed. Tickets represent entries into the specified campaign draw. The price of each ticket is as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. NETVAULT accepts no responsibility for errors in pricing displayed.
Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator. NETVAULT will make reasonable efforts to contact winners via email and the Platform dashboard within 24 hours of a draw. Winners must respond to verification requests within 7 days. If a winner cannot be verified or declines the prize, the prize may be redistributed at NETVAULT's discretion.
Cash prizes are paid in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the winner's verified account within 14 business days of verification. Physical prizes (cars, electronics, etc.) will be delivered within 30 days of verification at a location mutually agreed upon. NETVAULT is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
There are no hidden fees. The ticket price displayed is the total cost you pay. Withdrawal fees may apply for bank transfers (₦50 per transaction). All fees are clearly communicated before you confirm any transaction.
NETVAULT encourages responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please stop playing and contact our support team. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of problem gambling behavior.
All content, branding, logos, and materials on NETVAULT are owned by or licensed to NETVAULT. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
NETVAULT's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for tickets in the relevant campaign. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated herein.
Your use of NETVAULT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
NETVAULT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
